We were first time home buyers, so we were not sure what to expect. We started off with another agent who would not give us the time of day despite us being very serious about purchasing a home. We then were paired with Clint and were blown out of the water. Clint’s friendly demeanor and unique professional yet quirky personality immediately caught our attention. His knowledge, customer service, responsiveness, professionalism, and open communication are unmatched. No matter how many questions, calls, or texts, Clint made us feel like every one of our contacts was important. Finally, after Clint negotiated and fought for our interests, we were on our way to closing on our first home. Unfortunately, our escrow company’s “systems were down” the day we were supposed to close, and although it caused a delay, Clint kept us informed every step of the way and made things as seamless as possible. Clint is also well-connected and has many wonderful referrals. No matter what you need in the real estate market, it seems like Clint has got a person for that. We cannot recommend Clint enough!

When it came time to close, we ran into some issues with other parties not staying true to the closing date; however, Clint kept the other teams involved accountable, and he was always in our corner as first-time homeowners. When a question or problem came up, he advised me with in-depth information. Whether it’s day or night, a quick text or call, Clint makes himself available to assist.
